The Amway tradition of gatherings that reward and delight attendees kicked up a notch for 2007 / 2008 as Amway engaged CooperKatz and DePalma Production to work with its internal team to produce and stage “best practices” meeting experiences throughout the organization.
CooperKatz and DePalma worked to create surprising, compelling, informative and visually-stunning experiences for attendees at its most important annual events: Diamond Club, Achievers and Connections.
At Amway Connections, a gathering of business owners from around the world, CooperKatz and DePalma created a three-hour multi-media experience, blending traditional video screens, projection on a 60-foot cyclorama and LED video cubes with executive presentations, a live band on stage and surprise elements including a multi-screen presentation programmed to a performance by a children’s choir.
For Amway Achievers, an event honoring the top business performers from across the country, CooperKatz and DePalma developed the event agenda and content flow, coached executive presenters, selected / managed the guest speaker and featured musical talent and devised a series of unique stage reveals for those being honored during the three-day event.
For Diamond Club, honoring the highest achievement levels of Amway business owners in North America, CooperKatz and DePalma designed the attendee experience, setting the event’s high energy look, tone and flow; selecting special gifts for the honorees; crafting executive presentations; managing top Broadway musical talent; and creating highly-emotional stage reveals for those being honored.
