The Association of National Advertisers (ANA) Annual Conference is the premier marketing event for the advertising community. Each year, more than 2,500 senior media and marketing executives gather for this content rich, professionally produced three-day gathering featuring speeches, panels, videos, award presentations and celebrity entertainment – all dramatically staged with custom sets, lighting, design and graphics.
As the Association’s long-time executive producers and technical directors, CooperKatz along with DePalma Production, Inc. has produced this conference for the past 19 years. Among its many responsibilities, CooperKatz and DePalma work with ANA to set the agenda including presentations by CEOs and Chief Marketing Officers of some of the most prominent US corporations and advertising agencies; design the overall look and feel of each year’s conference; senior produce the opening video; create the theme and speaker introductory PowerPoint graphics used throughout; oversee all pre-production technical planning and onsite staging; coordinate with the more than 15 guest speakers on their presentations; schedule and run all rehearsals including speaker coaching; and serve as a liaison with several of the major conference sponsors on their dinner presentations.
Over the years, CooperKatz and DePalma have orchestrated the performances of a wide variety of well-known musical, sports, television and radio stars for these events.
Besides the presentations on the main stage each year, CooperKatz and DePalma have been responsible for staging many surrounding activities for audiences of 25 to 200 including panel discussions, presentations, break-out sessions, receptions and the ANA Board of Directors meeting.
