Since 2007, CooperKatz has helped DialAmerica, a leader in the teleservices industry, connect with its potential business partners through comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns and robust Creative Services support.
CooperKatz analyzed the company’s key strengths and developed a powerful new concept that defined DialAmerica’s unique business approach: ThinSourcing. A research-based whitepaper, microsite and collateral materials were created to explain the ThinSourcing concept – which was defined as an intimate business relationship in which the ThinSourcer functions as an operational and brand extension of its client’s business.
To help DialAmerica communicate ThinSourcing to its many audiences, CooperKatz trained all sales and client service professionals to present the concept and answer questions. CooperKatz also designed and promoted an industry survey, which DialAmerica sponsored and presented at the American Teleservices Association’s national conference. Finally, CooperKatz wrote / placed bylines and case histories that demonstrated how DialAmerica employed ThinSourcing to meet its clients’ demanding needs.
Following a full brand and logo refresh, CooperKatz has worked with DialAmerica on an ongoing basis to create collateral materials and outbound business communications that reach current and potential clients. The team also promotes all company announcements, counsels the company on social media efforts and supports the many tradeshows and events attended by DialAmerica professionals.
