CooperKatz launched and handled public relations efforts for Next Issue Media, the eReading joint venture of Condé Nast, Hearst, Meredith, News Corporation and Time Inc

For the launch, CooperKatz planned and executed an embargoed press release / interview strategy with more than a dozen highly-targeted media reporters and bloggers.  With this approach, which included a detailed Q&A, message track and media training for the venture’s managing director, we orchestrated saturation media coverage – with multiple reporters each posting accurate, in-depth stories.

Ongoing public relations efforts included assessing / coordinating speaking opportunities, handling media opportunities from a wide range of interested reporters, developing web copy and presentation materials, and planning for ongoing news announcements.
