CooperKatz managed a comprehensive, strategic communications program for the Enterprise division of S1 Corporation, a leading provider of multi-channel financial services front-office technology solutions (since acquired by ACI Worldwide).

 

To increase visibility and share of voice for the company across multiple audiences, CooperKatz executed a targeted media and analyst relations program to position S1 as the global leader of flexible, bank-centric solutions and payments services, in addition to elevating the company’s presence as a thought leader in the financial services industry. Public relations activities were designed to fulfill two specific objectives: first, underscore the company’s strategic vision of customer intimacy and second, redefine the front-office and self-service banking solutions category.


In supporting S1 Enterprise, the CooperKatz team garnered a steady stream of feature coverage in such top financial services industry trade publications as American Banker, Bank Systems & Technology and Bank Technology News – and successfully pitched and secured several bylined article opportunities for such S1 business units as Branch and Call Center.  The team also connected key S1 executives with top journalists from publications like Dow Jones, to build relationships and share insights.
