Taste of Tribeca, a culinary festival benefiting the arts and enrichment programs at Tribeca’s PS 150 and 234 schools, engaged CooperKatz to raise awareness of the 22nd year of its annual tasting event.

The goal of our work was to increase visibility of the fundraiser and cast a wider net in attracting event attendees.

PR support for Taste of Tribeca included a media relations campaign aimed at inviting reporters and bloggers to take a fresh look at this long-standing neighborhood tradition. This included targeting key verticals such as entertainment / lifestyle reporters, foodie reporters, family / education reporters, celebrity reporters, neighborhood news outlets and local calendar listings.

CooperKatz generated significant local media coverage and interest for Taste of Tribeca, resulting in placements in Yelp,, The Daily Meal,, Time Out New York, NBC New York, am New York, Downtown Express and Downtown Alliance.
