As a manager, client services at CooperKatz & Company, Inc., Heather Caufield provides strategic, tactical and creative support for TD Bank, DialAmerica, one of the nation's largest teleservices companies and Strategic Funding Source, an innovative provider of small and midsize business financing.  Heather brings strategic insight and an eye for detail and creative thinking to her work and views public relations as a key tool in helping her clients achieve their business objectives.

During her tenure at CooperKatz, Heather has also worked with Otis Elevator Company, the American Cleaning Institute and Polar, the leader in heart rate monitoring and fitness assessment technologies.

Heather began her career at The Rosen Group where she worked with several nonprofit organizations and trade associations, including the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA); the James Beard Foundation, the world’s foremost nonprofit culinary arts organization; and the Brewers Association, dedicated to small and independent American craft brewers. She also handled media outreach and logistics for events including the 2009 Green Inaugural Ball, AWEA’s WINDPOWER Conference & Exhibition and James Beard Foundation fundraising events.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies from Fordham University.
