As director, client services at CooperKatz, Kathleen Reynolds has built a 12-year career bringing inspired, clear and thoughtful communications solutions, along with dogged enthusiasm, to any challenge. She currently shares leadership of the team supporting Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.  Other recent clients include Polar, a pioneer in wearable technology and sports performance; Arctic Ease, a cold and compression wrap facilitating active recovery; and consultative work with Consumer Reports, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to work for a fair, just and safe marketplace.

Kathleen relishes the opportunity to bring fresh creative perspectives to accounts, whether new or longer-term partnerships. She has been instrumental in the conception and production of client video projects and is an experienced facilitator of custom media training sessions. Kathleen is keenly aware of how earned, social and search cues affect strategic goals, and works with teams to develop meaningful metrics correlating to business objectives.  With her teams and clients, Kathleen develops integrated campaigns to help clients identify and engage influencers – online and offline. Kathleen also leads “CKCares,” an internal process designed to track, meet and exceed client expectations across the agency.

Kathleen graduated from Fordham University, where she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications / Media studies and English. She enjoys eating her way around New York City, Broadway musicals and performing lullaby medleys for her son.
