Ben Billingsley has more than nine years of experience developing integrated communications programs for leading national brands. An accomplished public relations strategist and marketer, Mr. Billingsley has implemented recognition campaigns for consumer electronic, technology, information services, Internet, and media companies.
Mr. Billingsleys public relations experience includes spearheading the national product launch for Microsofts MSN TV 2 Internet Player, driving results through consumer outreach which included major shifts in brand strategy. Additionally, Mr. Billingsley worked with Microsoft and NBC News to develop and implement an ongoing PR campaign for MSNBC.com, successfully positioning the site as the leading destination for online news.
Mr. Billingsley has also managed communications for industry trade shows and events including the MSNBC Technology Summit in Silicon Valley, Microsofts Wall Street Financial Summit, the Times Square Millennium Celebration and CD Expo 2003.
Prior to joining CooperKatz, he was director of accounts and business development at New York City-based Trylon Communications, where he held day-to-day management responsibility for accounts including Jupiter Research and Events, and The Gallup Organization.
Before joining Trylon, Mr. Billingsley worked for LB Lipman Public Relations, where he was responsible for overseeing press for Paramount Domestic Television and WNYW/Fox 5, Fox Televisions flagship affiliate in New York.
