With a solid background in consumer product public relations and marketing, Meredith Topalanchik combines a fervor for media and client relations with a strong creative voice.
Prior to joining CooperKatz, she spent five years at Freeman Public Relations where she successfully executed a variety of public relations campaigns ranging from new toy introductions to special events for clients such as Fisher-Price, Rubbermaid Tough Tools, Strait-Line Electronic Tools and Jeep Consumer Products. She also garnered publicity for the licensing industry.
She also gained public relations experience at Jackson Jackson & Wagner, a behavioral public relations and management consulting firm located in Exeter, NH. While at Penn State she served as president of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) and president of University Choir.
Currently, she serves on the board of directors for the Penn State College of Communications Affiliate Program Group (APG) and also contributes to the efforts of the Penn State Recruitment and Alumni Volunteer Program.
She is a 1999 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University’s College of Communications with a bachelor’s degree in advertising/public relations.
