Marcus Hardy is an energetic, insightful communicator with a passion for understanding his clients’ needs and delivering outstanding results. He is a senior account executive on the Fiserv Credit Union Solutions, Fiserv Corporate and DialAmerica accounts, where he takes point on day-to-day client relationships, strategy development, media relations, training and content creation.
Previously, Marcus worked with the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), TD Bank and Gap International. Marcus continues to support production of the annual ANA Masters of Marketing Conference, and volunteers yearly at New York City’s annual Fleet Week. He also volunteers his time in support of the local public affairs work of his church in Queens.
Before joining CooperKatz, Marcus worked at Bradley Public Relations at Brigham Young University – PRSSA’s first nationally affiliated, student-run firm. While at Bradley, Marcus served in every undergraduate leadership position and completed award-winning research and public relations initiatives for numerous billable clients. BYU’s public relations faculty appointed Marcus as the singular recipient of the prestigious Rulon L. Bradley Award for Outstanding Senior in Public Relations in his graduating class.
In addition to his work at Bradley, Marcus helped craft the communications strategy of the Orem Family Support and Treatment Center and provided volunteer public relations support to the Utah Valley Symphony. He also wrote for Brigham Young University’s newspaper, The Daily Universe, where he was recognized as the best overall reporter on the metro desk.
Marcus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Brigham Young University, with a minor in Political Science.
