During more than 15 years in the public relations field, Anne Green has supported clients across multiple industry sectors including technology, telecommunications, industrial products, healthcare, consumer goods, financial services, transportation and trade associations.
At CooperKatz & Company, she serves as president and chief operating officer, responsible for the company’s overall operations and allocation of resources. Ms. Green also leads the integrated account teams supporting: The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP); Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC; and TowerGroup, a research and advisory services firm focused on the global financial services industry. She also leads the Cogence® practice, which offers clients intelligence on social and consumer-generated media, and develops and conducts customized marketing communications and media training sessions.
Highlights of her work at CooperKatz include: launching Virgin Mobile USA in 2002 and leading its communications efforts for more than six years; supporting internal and external communications for The Association of National Advertisers; taking a lead role in the award-winning launch of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s (MTA) MetroCard Gold; and driving business-to-business and consumer communications for technology companies serving a number of different industry sectors (including home furnishings, automotive and biotech/pharmaceutical).
Ms. Green began her career with Burson-Marsteller, where she executed consumer marketing and business-to-business communications programs for GE Appliances and several DuPont industrial business units. She holds a bachelors degree from Vassar College and a M.Phil. (ABD) in American Literature from New York University.
