While I’d argue that many PR professionals (myself included) thrive on this fast-paced, high energy atmosphere, our profession is often ranked as one of the most stressful jobs.
To alleviate work-related stress, the CooperKatz Wellness Team recently began hosting guided meditation sessions. Each month a group of employees can be found in our creative space on the floor and couch being guided through various breathing and relaxation techniques.
